The advantages of hydrogen peroxide dissolution method were no discharge of noxious matter when dissolution of molybdenum wire which used as the center supporter, reactions occur in room temperature. The results were as follows:
1. In the FL/10-A type: Dissolution-reaction Time was 50Min, CR(Coil resistance) was 9,27§Ù(St.:9.2¡¾22§Ù). PW.(Piece weight) was 10.59mg(st:10.5¡¾O.26mg). In the FL/15-D type: Dissolution-reaction Time was 5.5Min, C.R was G.39Q(St:6.38¡¾0.02§Ù), P.w. was IG.7rng(St:16.5¡¾0.3rng). In the FL/20-H type: Dissolution-reaction Time was 45Min., en. was 4.7 Q(St.:4.6¡¾1§Ù), P.W. was 20.8mg(St:20¡¾5mg). In the FL/20-C type: Dissolution-reaction Time was 6OMin., Cn. was 4.5Q(St.:4.6¡¾O.3 §Ù), PW. was 19.8rng(St: 19¡¾1.0mg). 2. In the GLS-230/40-B type: Dissolution-reaction Time was 45I¡¯viin., c.H. was 103. LQ (st:104¡¾2.6§Ù), PW. was G.37rng(St. : 6.3:tO.IGrng). In the GLS-Z~O/60-F type: Dissolution-reaction Time was 45Min.. Cn. was 65.92Q (SI. : G5:t1.62Q), P.w. was 1l.9lmg(St. : 11.8¡¾O.29mg).
